My Vision
My vision for Pamper Me STL is to be a trusted source of relief, restoration, and reconnection; changing the way women experience healing by bringing intentional care directly to their door.
As a consumer I’ve been fortunate to receive services at some of the top spas in the country, the ones that always make it on the Top 20 lists. I used my experiences at these spas to design my own spa company. I have worked in spas as an esthetician and massage therapist and there were a lot of things I didn’t like. Clients were rushed in and out of services, they were “nickel and dime’d” on extras; cleanliness and disinfection was sub par.
I wanted to create an experience where one truly felt pampered without the stress of sitting in traffic on the way there, and without the zen of the service being interrupted when it’s time to get dressed and get out. Doing the service in your home means you get to relax when it’s over. You don’t have to rush out, drive, or do anything other than RELAX and ENJOY.
My mission is to deliver calming, luxury-level massage and facial experiences in the comfort of your home guided by integrity, attention to detail, and genuine care.
I want every woman I work with to feel safe, restored, and truly worthy of deep rest. I believe care should feel luxurious, convenient, customized, peaceful, and private with a powerful sense of relief that lingers long after I leave.

This is our signature service designed to make you feel relaxed and pampered! Includes a full body massage, LED facial mask, 10 mins foot scrub and massage, heated mitts and booties with body butter, hot towels, heated lotion. Swedish or Deep Tissue.

Oncology
Soothing massage during and after chemotherapy and radiation treatments eases your tension with gentle, light to medium pressure. Must have Dr’s clearance to receive massage.

Side-lying and supine massage that accommodates and supports your body as it evolves with your pregnancy. Swedish massage with light, medium, or firm pressure.

Intra-Oral
Includes neck and shoulder massage, double cleanse, buccal massage, myofascial release, gua sha, lymphatic cupping, red light therapy, and ends with a moisturizing mist. This service can help with TMJ/jaw issues, clenching, grinding, and sleep apnea.

Chair Massage
Chair massages are fully clothed massages performed in a chair designed for massage. Typically they are 10-15 minutes long. Great to treat your employees or patrons of your business!

Moisturizing La Mer Facial
This intensely moisturizing facial is a decadent way to pamper yourself. La Mer and its “miracle broth” are widely held as the creme de la creme in skin care. The facial starts with a steamed towel on your face. Your face is cleansed twice with a cleanser. Next, vellus hair is removed with a sonic smooth dermaplaning tool. Then, microdermabrasion is performed to remove dead skin cells and help your products penetrate the skin layers better. Next a high frequency device is used to kill bacteria on the skin and help reduce acne, inflammation, redness, and improve skin texture. A facial massage is performed with La Mer renewal oil to relax your facial muscles. Next a La Mer intensive moisturizing mask is applied. The La Mer Lifting Firming Serum is applied under your eyes. The La Mer regenerating serum followed by the La Mer moisturizing cream is applied, leaving your face feeling fresh, soft, and oh so hydrated!

Classic Facial
This is our classic facial which gives your skin a fresh glow with younger, newer skin revealed . Your service starts with a steamed towel and includes a double cleanse, toner, exfoliation, facial massage with jojoba oil, melting collagen mask, serum, and moisturizer featuring Korean skincare product line Riman. Great to pair with a massage!

Dermaplaning
Your service starts w a steamed towel on your face. Vellus hair and dead skin cells are removed with a sonic smooth dermaplaning tool to reveal softer, smoother, younger looking skin. Skin care products penetrate better, makeup goes on smoother.

Your service starts with a steamed towel on your face. Next it is cleansed and facial oil is applied. A variety of massage strokes are used on your face to send you into a deep state of relaxation. Can reduce lines and puffiness.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion uses a textured wand with suction to remove dead skin cells and reveal younger-looking, brighter skin. The benefits include reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, stimulating collagen production which helps improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines. It also improves skin tone and texture, and can help even out skin tone, reduce hyperpigmentation, and minimize the appearance of acne scars. The process encourages the skin to produce new, healthy cells, promoting skin regeneration. Please discontinue use of products with Retin-A for a week before your treatment.

Facial Cupping
Facial cupping uses suction to increase circulation. This in turn increases production of collagen and elastin. Facial cupping helps reduce puffiness by draining lymph. It also sculpts and lifts. Your service starts with a steamed towel on your face. Next it is cleansed and a facial oil is applied. Unlike body cupping, facial cupping does not leave marks. Having filler or botox within 2 weeks of your appointment is a contraindication

The service starts with a dry scrub using exfoliating gloves. Next an organic sugar scrub is used to exfoliate your skin to reveal soft, glowing skin. It’s great for those dry winter months or any time you want your skin to feel soft and renewed.
